In 2022, my docs pa ordered b12 test. it came back as 194 pg/ml. she said that's just borderline low but i could take supplements if i wanted. i did then stopped. i now take centrum gummies. dr ordered b12 lab. forgot to mention gummies. will affect?

Any B-12 level below 400 may result in symptoms, and your initial level is of concern. B-12 supplementation via monthly injections may be the most effective way of returning you to normal levels.
