How long should i be off b12 supplements before new lab draw for accurate results? b-12 is 170pg/ml. i only took 2 doses of 5,000 mcg (once daily). dr now ordered new labs incl- cbc w/diff, b12, folate, mma, homocysteine, intrinsic factor ab, celiac?

There is no reason to put your B-12 supplements "on hold" prior to an updated blood draw. Continue your advised regimen.
