My doctor called in labs to check me for anemia and b12 levels. i forgot to tell him that i've been taking centrum women's 50+ gummies every morning. will this affect the levels and if so, how long should i stop taking before taking tests?

If you are truly deficient in vitamin B12, the amount of B12 in a centrum may raise the level a little bit but it can't normalize it. To say the other way, if centrum gives you enough B12 how can you have B12 related anemia? So you do not or should not need to stop the medications you are currently take before the blood test.
