Recently had both pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound. would that show colorectal cancer at all? been having issues and do have gi appt scheduled but not until july. was curious if a mass large enough to cause rectal pressure would be visible on u/s?

Pelvic in transvaginal ultrasound only show small portions of the rectum. It would be easy for a polyp or mass in the rectum to not be visualized by a ultrasound. You should definitely follow through with the appointment with your Gastroenterologist. Good luck.
