Not really: Cervical cancer is diagnosed by direct visualization of the cervix and pap smear.

Cervical Cancer: Transvaginal or pelvic ultrasound is usually for higher structures such as uterus and ovaries. Cervical cancer screening is with a full pap smear exam/ cytology.
