I am a 47 year old woman 4 years colon cancer in remission. i still get my periods. it has been increasing heavy. my transvaginal ultrasound indicated complex cystic mass. smaller solid cystic mass on left adnexal 3.9cm. any info??

Most ovarian cysts are noncancerous. Simple cysts often resolve on their own, but complex ovarian cysts frequently require treatment. Your gynecologist will advise you.
