I did an ultrasounds scan on day 12 and had 2 follicles on my right measuring 22x23mm & 17x12mm. on my left, 8 heamorrhagic cyst measuring between 16 and 24mm in size. do you you think i might still ovulate as normal this cycle and around when?

The follicle that is the 22 x23 mm is the right size to ovulate and you typically ovulate on day 14 of a cycle.
