I have dermoid cyst in right ovary. according to ultrasound it's 1.5cm it's on the wall of ovary, not in the middle.will i still be able to ovulate?

You should: The dermoid should not effect ovulation. It need to be watched, however, to make sure it's not growing. If so, it would need to be removed.
