If bilateral ovarian follicles shows on a ultrasound...Does that means i'm ovulating with both ovaries at the same time?
I m 3o years , dominant follicle is noted in right ovary measuring 14* 10 mm and in left ovary 7.9* 7.8mm, is it normal ? when do i ovulate ?
