Hi, on the 10th oct i had an ultrasound and was told i had only one follicle measuring 10.2mm in my left ovary.when should i expect to ovulate?

Hmmmm....: I would go with what your doc told you. That 1cm left ovarian follicle can double in size before it ejects an ovum into the fimbria.
