It's complicated: Cysts can't be cured, but they can be prevented. It depends on the type of cyst. If it's a functional, or ovulation cyst, it should resolve on its own. If you have recurrent cysts, BCPs can prevent them. If cysts don't go away they may have to be removed surgically. You say that your lab work is normal, but are you ovulating? A Progesterone after ovulation will tell if you are ovulating
