Had an us to check for cyst after localized pain (for 4 months now). was told all is normal, just one mature follicle at 3.9 cm and that i would likely ovulate soon. is that normal, it seems big?

Normal: Yes that is high normal but can be normal. It might be worth while to have a repeat us to determine if that particular cyst has resolved. Remember. You make a cyst or follicle every month. Other causes could be your uterus, colon, bladder, muscles, hernia. Make sure your doctor is ruling out all of these causes as well.
