I have done blood test and liver function test 3 weeks ago, where liver function count came normal then after 3 weeks (today) i have done the liver function test , serum bilirubin came as 44 umol and will it be gilbert syndrome ?? liver disease??

We need your medical history for a correct answer. What was the indication for repeated liver test within 3 weeks? High serum bilirubin in Gilbert syndrome (total bilirubin less than 50 umol) comes from indirect bilirubin so if your direct bilirubin is high then problem is likely not from Gilbert syndrome. If you have an immediate family member has this condition then Gilbert syndrome is possible.
