Had bilirubin range between 12 - 18 umol/l 3 tests prev 10 yrs. in past year have had results of 25. 19 and 21 in that order. all elevated with zero symptoms + all liver tests normal. if gilberts why not higher on prev tests? should i worried?

These numbers by themselves do not establish a diagnosis of Gilbert’s syndrome. If this is Gilbert’s syndrome, however, the Bilirubin levels tend to go up and down seemingly randomly, With no increased risk of liver disease. You should see your doctor or a hepatologist to look at your liver numbers and give you a more detailed explanation. Good luck.
