Accidentally took two .088 mgs synthroid pills this morning, threw up this afternoon from an upset stomach then accidentally just took another before bed. am i ok???

You will likely be ok but you should call your doctor and see how to proceed from here. You probably should skip a dose and resume the daily dose the next day. You should take this medicine early in the morning for it to be most effective . Perhaps you should put your pills in a pill box and set up a week at a time so you will know for sure that you already took the med. Good luck to you!

Try to always take meds as prescribed. You might not be OK as you are getting sick with nausea and vomiting and having too many accidents in the way you are taking your pills. A medical evaluation will be needed, ideally with your current prescriber.
