See your Dr for exam: Your rib and stomach pain may, or may not, be related. Generally, if the rib area is tender and/or pain increases with twisting or bending from side to side it's likely due to muscle strain or inflammation of the rib cage. Sharp pain on breathing suggests viral pleurisy or pulmonary infarct. If non of the above: Conditions of the stomach and pancreas can give left sided chest pain.

Rib cage: Synthroid and metformin should not cause pain, and Victoza (liraglutide) is unlikely to be a cause. Given the sites where you have rib cage and stomach pain you MUST see your primary doctor as soon as possible. Please keep me informed.

L sided pains: It is tough to say what it might be, without examining you and getting a good History with the examination. Diabetes can sometimes dull pain, so best to be seen by the Doctor and get an exam maybe even with an EKG, to assure it is not your heart, etc., and to get the most likely and proper diagnosis so the best treatment can occur. Best wishes.
