Need more info: has your severe hypoglycemia being investigated? if hypoglycemia is because of diabetes medications, medications needs to be adjusted. One option of taking levothyroxine in some patients is taking thyroid medicine on empty stomach at bedtime. Please discuss with care doctor regarding investigating the cause for hypoglycemia
