Lactose intolerance: Well, NO, you can take omeprazole with thyroid med as it decreases the efficacy of it.

Synthroid (thyroxine) has: such a small amount of lactose in it that I doubt it would irritate your stomach. You could try taking it with some lactase such as Lactaid. Another brand name T4 replacement, Tirosint, doesn't contain lactose, at least as far as I'm aware.
