No. There are many causes of iron deficiency which are non cancerous and your test results should be explained to you by the ordering doc. Pl do not believe all you read.

No, iron deficiency anemia does not equate to cancer, most of the cancers have different other mechanisms for anemia. You already had gi workup that should have ruled out the majority of gi cancers that may associate iron deficient anemia.
