Use of azathioprine AZR in pregnancy remains controversial, traditionally recognized as unsafe during pregnancy. It has to do first with your condition that is being treated and you should first reach out to your treating neurologist that will likely further discuss it with your Obs-Gyn that would be also able to further guide you.
