Not usually: Bacteria and yeast are common causes of vaginal discharge. Having a vaginal discharge doesn't mean that a person is pregnant. If you think you might be pregnant, do a home pregnancy test. If you are having a vaginal discharge, see your doctor to be evaluated to see if you need to be treated.
