Would a d&c be performed if a mother is miscarrying at 37/38 weeks pregnancy? and if so, how soon before the patient is discharged?

Term pregnancy: At that point, the pregnancy is full term and will be "stillborn." A sad situation and I feel for her. She will likely have her labor induced and deliver vaginally if possible. The length of stay in the hospital will be similar to one for a regular birth. This assumes the mother doesn't have a complication such as an infection.
