Husband has hydrocele for 10+ yrs. has ed. are these related? should it be treated? quite large but he says doesn't bother him. dr says he can have surgery if he wants but he 'd rather not?

Hydrocele is a collection of fluid around the testicle and can be small and asymptomatic or large and bothersome If large it may impede sex. It is not a cause of impotence.
