If my hydrocele came back after surgery, is it simply bad luck or surgery wasn't done well? not sure if i should get surgery again from same dr.

Surgical report: Every time that surgery is done the surgeon writes in his chart just what he has done and sends the tissue to a surgical pathologist for confirmation of what he has done. Get a copy of your medical records and once you have them either make a virtual or an office-based consult and have the prior medical records with you. Good luck!!
