There is not enough info for answering you question. CKD is defined as abnormal eGFR for at least 3 months. An eGFR as low as 50 last month & now it is up to 67 means you had AKI last month if those numbers are accurate. Fasting without fluid intake for 8 hours MAY SLIGHTLY increases serum creatinine (lower eGFR) but not a big change. A repeat renal panel should be done within 3 months. Take care.
