My creatinine level in the blood is 117.69 umol/l. the reference is 50 - 120. in my urinalysis, the protein is negative. in my kub utz, it says that i have renal cortical cyst and small renal cortical calcification in the right kidney. am i ckd 2?

What is the estimated GFR according to the lab? That is more accurate than absolute creatinine level. If the cysts are simple they are nothing to worry about. Just because GFR is not 100 does not translate to CKD if you do not have any disease that causes renal insufficiency. At your age a 24 hr Urine for creatinine clearance is probably a better reflection of your kidney function than your eGFR.

NO. Theses kidney findings just have to be followed for any changes and will not result in CKD
