I had echo in june, stress test in feb, ct chest in july , pulse ox 100% bp good would all that rule out interstitial lung disease- i get sob at times?

Almost: Chest ct is pretty good - would also rule out infection and blood clot. The echo would evaluate the efficiency of your heart as well as the patency of the valves. Stress test would screen you for coronary ischemia. If all these test are non diagnostic, you may ultimately need a lung biopsy to rule out other pulmonary causes of your symptoms.

Pulmonary: Discuss with your doctor for possible pulmonary referral. None of these tests have evaluated your lungs. Pulmonary function test maybe a good start.
