Is gallbladder disease common with cystic fibrosis? if so, would numbers be off on a cbc/urine test? also, what would symptoms be. would it be actual pain like a gallbladder attack or just constant minor pressure in ruq for well over a year?

Yes it is. Urine and cbc can be affected depending on the nature and extent of disease. symptoms too. From severe to mild and chronic
