Stomach Pain ????: If you mean pain in the epigastrium then likely it's peptic ulcers, though acacalcious cholecystitis is still in the realm of possibilities. A trial of meds for H. Pylori is inorder, but may need endoscopy. A HIDA Scan to rule out acal. cholecystitis is also a good idea MRI of the abdomine is the most definitive test
