Constant bounding pulse, can see it everywhere, suprasternal notch, abs, arms. chest CT, echo, holter, CBC/urine norm w diff but calci .3 out of range. nontoxMNG w 9 nodules. Thy lvls normal, heavy muscle twitches. Long Covid or vax reaction? Ideas?
