What medical conditions could cause 36 year old son to have mild pressure not pain under right rib for 18 mths? never worse.always healthy/thin, never drank or smoked, ate well, exercised. no effect from food. doc exam and 2 cbc/urine tests perfect?

The exam and the blood and urine tests done are fine but pressure under the rib cage does not always have changes in exam or lab tests. Was a CT of the chest done? That would look at what is under the right rib and determine if there is something there causing the sensation of pressure.
