Pre-ejaculate fluid is produced and drips normally during sexual arousal. If the fluid only appears when you have been sexually aroused, with erection -- or after normal nocturnal erections while sleeping -- then all is normal. If you have fluid dripping at other times, see a doctor.

Difficult to say without an exam. could be a chronic infection of the proatate ; urethra. Best to see a Urologist. Good luck
