Yeast infection ?: It is possible that you have a yeast infection that has affected the skin at the tip of the urethra or penis. A urinalysis however should be done to be sure you dont have a urinary tract infection, although this is less likely. You can purchase Monistat cream for women and put the cream around the head, tip of your penis for a few days and see if that helps. :)
