Penis pain feels like its pressurized. frequent urination. the pain is in the shaft/head. pain is way worse at night. no pain with urination and no discharge. std/sti tests are negative. urine test wbc/pmns are negative. whats happening?

I guess you have been evaluated by a urologist so he will treat you accordingly for those symptoms which could be consistent with chronic pelvic pain syndrome. If you have not seen a urologist yet, you should be referred to see one. Good luck!
