Nondiagnostic: This is a nondiagnostic symptom but possible causes include prostate or urethral inflammation. Lack of urinary symptoms make these unlikely, however. In view of lower abdominal discomfort and persistence of symptoms, I recommend an examination by your physician or a urologist. A prostate examination and urinalysis with microscopic examination should be performed.
