57, male, 2 weeks very dull throb on/off in shaft of penis. no pain in urination or discharge. no discoloring and urine normal. light lower ab pain?

Nondiagnostic: This is a nondiagnostic symptom but possible causes include prostate or urethral inflammation. Lack of urinary symptoms make these unlikely, however. In view of lower abdominal discomfort and persistence of symptoms, I recommend an examination by your physician or a urologist. A prostate examination and urinalysis with microscopic examination should be performed.
