An ultrasound is not an appropriate or adequate substitute for an MRI, nor is the likely principle concern detection of punctures or tears. Since this is not a routine recommendation after breast implants, it is likely your doctors have additional concerns and therefore want more careful follow up. You should discuss that with them.
