My mri said: bilateral few radial folds, more as regards the number and indentation at left silicon implant breast . what it means ? is that risky ?

No evidence: In your question of intracapsular or extracapsular implant rupture. Radial folds in the implants are commonly seen and not a concern. Not to worry.

Sounds normal.: Radial fold are normal infolds of a breast implant seen on mri. An indentation may also be normal and is not a term used to describe a rupture. The statement "more as regards the number" does not make any sense at all.
