Im still anemic after 4 iron infusions since november 22, should this cause concern, maybe see another dr?

This suggests one of two main possibilities: First, that iron deficiency was not the only cause of your anemia; or that you have ongoing blood loss, which is how iron deficiency develops in the first place. Discuss with your doctor, or perhaps get a second opinion. In absence of visible bleeding (like heavy periods), you need evaluation for internal especially intestinal causes. Good luck.

Many times anemia has more than 1 cause and lack of response to iron infusions is not a reason to change your doc. Would rather suggest a clarifying discussion at your next follow up as to what the next steps should be.
