If someone with ulcer, low blood hemoglobin and high ferritin, is that mean its cancer, how the ulcer cancer look like, what are the symptoms, can the patient take vitamins?

This is not necessarily cancer-it could be a benign ulcer that bled and that is why the hemoglobin is low. Ferritin can be high as an acute phase reactant whenever there is inflammation and a benign ulcer can cause inflammation. Only biopsies will diagnose an ulcer as malignant, not the way it looks. High ferritin may be present in iron deficiency anemia in many clinical conditions, e.g. inflammation. You CAN rule IN iron deficiency when ferritin level is less than 15 but you CAN'T rule OUT when ferritin is normal or relatively high. In that case, you have to look at TIBC and iron saturation. High ferritin does not mean K. Ulcer look can be misleading, only biopsy does confirm K. Take care.
