Im a breast cancer survivor and i was recently in the er. an incidental finding of thyroid nodules was found in a cta. thyroid ultrasound says thyroid is slightly heterogeneous. nodules are sub centimeter. i also have 2 ai diseases. any concern?

Best is to see an endocrinologist and get proper investigations re thyroid findings.

Such findings are best followed up as outpatient with your primary care doc as their significance may not be apparent for a while, serial imaging at a minimum will be needed.
