Not concerning.: Isoechoic thyroid nodules are generally not concerning especially when they are less than 1.5 cm and if they don't have suspicious features like microcalcifications and increased internal vascularity. I recommend repeat thyroid US in 1 year. Make sure you have got your TSH and Free T4 checked.
