Neck ultrasound report shows a 1.1x1x1.1cm solid nodule with heterogeneous echotexture & microcalcifications. it also shows abnormal lymph nodes; one was 2.4x2.2x1.1cm without a fatty hilum and thickened irregular cortices. most likely cancer?
