Mri scan of the liver showed cirhosis, than my friend did biopsy of the liver to distinguish the condition between cirhosis, autoimmune hepatitis and nash. how to know is it cirhosis or autoimmune hepatitis which result is correct?

That's the reason for the biopsy. The result will tell the diagnosis.

It is not possible to tell the cause of cirrhosis by MRI. The biopsy of the liver will likely be able to distinguish the causes of the cirrhosis. You should follow up with your gastroenterologist after the biopsy to discuss the results. Good luck.
