Good: Ok as long as you don't drink alcohol , unfortunately it a progressive disease. You have to be under good medical supervision, some end stage liver disease patients need liver transplantation.

Does low vitamin d correlate with liver disease? Chronic elevated ALT and vit d is 12.8. Waiting for other blood work to rule out other conditions.
