What are the odds of having cirrhosis if enzymes were elev a yr & started milk thistle now normal for a yr.had fatty liver but scan shows no fat now.

Cirrhosis unlikely: Glad you're not drinking. Milk thistle protects from toxicity of some chemotherapeutic agents but I am not aware of any good work to suggest it helps common non-alcoholic fatty liver. I am going to assume you do not have hepatitis C or any other serious illness. Your best help is sensible eating and being physically fit.
