Im vegan and pregnant. my prenatal contains 150 mcg of iodine. since i do not eat fish or dairy, all of my diet is plant based food. until i realized yesterday, the salt i was using wasnt iodized. with my prenatal, have i beengetting enough iodine?

Probably not. Intake of 220 mcg of iodine is recommended for pregnant woman. The difference could be easily met by using iodized salt or iodized oil.
