I am pregnant. i eat 2 servings of fish per week, 1 can of sardines and 1 can of salmon. do i need to also supplement with dha or am i getting enough through my diet?

You do not need supplement. Sardines and salmon are low risk for mercury. The amount you are consuming appears to be safe. For the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of a doctor who may advise you better. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
