Since the primary sources of iodine are salt, seaweed, dairy and cod, you will need to take a multivitamin/mineral supplement. There are many whole food based vegan multivitamin supplements that can fill this need.

Daily recommended amount of iodine for adult female is 150 mcg. Iodine is found in various baked foods and soy milk. This requirement can also be easily met by OTC multivitamin mineral supplement tab.
