SEAFOOD: Nothing is contraindicated unless you are allergic to seafood.Fish is a good source of omega-3.

Fyi, it's best to get a flu vaccine & start a 400?g/day folate (folic acid) supplement at least 3 mos. Prior to conception. I'm sure you're on pnv's & folate (folic acid) now. You can get a flu shot 2nd trimester. Use the free "my pregnancy today" app from the baby center for more info & tips.
