Flaxseed: I'm not sure why you don't eat fish but wild alaskan salmon has so many good things in it like vit. D, vit. B12, omega-3s, protein, coq10, phospatidylcholine and astathanxin. Flxassed and chia seeds have omega-3s, but not the same type as fish although they convert into the same type. Don't take fish oil pills.
