Had ultrasound of neck lymph nodes. had two that were 3cm long, but doctor said they're ok, should i be worried?i thought they meant to be 1cm-scared

Lymph nodes: If nodes are squishy and movable there should be no problem.If nodes are fixed and hard then you should become concerned.

LYMPHADENOPATHY : If it appears benign he will not recommend biopsy.
